International tax law is currently very much at the forefront of public concern. It is also a topic which is constantly growing in importance as global integration increases and new technologies pose new challenges to established principles. This advanced LL.M. programme aims to meet the need for truly international tax lawyers with insight into all these issues.
The curriculum covers both the established framework of international tax law and emerging issues, with an emphasis on the interaction among the various forces that shape international tax law and evaluating the tax policy choices made by states. By studying the big picture as well as the technicalities, you will develop a thorough understanding of international tax law from various perspectives.
