The Distinguished Lecture will be preceded by an academic ceremony during which the 2019 class of the UvA/IBFD Advanced Master’s in International Tax Law: Policy, Principles and Practice, will be honoured. The program is as follows: 16:00 – 17:00 Academic ceremony in honour of the 2019 Amsterdam LL.M. class 17:00 – 17.15 Break 17:15 – 18:00 Prof. Diane Ring Amsterdam Distinguished Lecture in International Tax Law Title: ““What is next in the International Tax Transparency and Disclosure Revolution?”” 18:00 – 19:00 Reception Both events will take place at the historic Agnietenkapel, the birthplace of the University of Amsterdam (Oudezijds Voorburgwal 229, Amsterdam). During the academic ceremony, two awards will be presented: the IBFD Award for the best LLM thesis 2019 and the ACTL Award for the student with the highest average grade. In addition, the alumni association of the LLM Program will be launched.
